Overall good, Just not for sleepingI suffer from major neck pain especially at night. I toss and turn all night to find right pillow hight and support. Depends on condition I switch pillows two three time. So I have 6 pillows in diffrent shape, height, firmness. I had high hope for roll pillow. First night seemed ok but second morning my neck feels like cement.. I guess I suppose not to use for night long sleep. Im keeping it because I still use this when I’m laying on the yoga mat for neck and back relief stretches.

Where have you been all of my life?I am constantly having to turn or adjust or move my head to relieve chronic pain in my neck. The other night I had such a terrible headache stemming from it, I had to sleep sitting up. While browsing pillows on amazon, (and I have purchased countless cervical support pillows), I rolled up on this one and decided to give it a go. I couldn’t stay asleep on my back before. Tingling, pain, just constant skin-crawling discomfort making for tossing and turning sleepless nights. First night with this roll and I fell asleep on my back and stayed there for hours. I had to switch out the roll a couple times but ended up using it more than my regular pillow. The next night, same sort of thing. But I slept harder and longer and with more comfort than I have in longer than I can remember. It’s new to me, I wasn’t sure I should review yet but I woke up again this morning with less of a headache so it deserves the mention. Hopefully I will continue to adjust and get used to it and continue have improved sleep and reduced pain. It was worth buying, I am happy with the purchase. Give it a roll 😌

The 2nd One We have Bought!When sitting in our couch, our heads tend to tilt slightly backwards and this perfectly shaped little neck pillow offers the right amount of support to correct this. We have had the first one for over a year and it is perfectly broken in, still firm but with a slightly softened area where my neck is caressed by the very soft material. Obviously I would buy it again, because we just did! Most folks won’t be disappointed.

A little stiffer than expectedThis pillow does give firm support of the neck when lying on your back. It is however a little stiffer than I expected it to be and is hard to manipulate it into a comfortable position if you try to use it sleeping on your side. It is best used when lying flat on your back.

Perfect diameterI have used a rolled up towel as a neck roll since the seventies. Choosing just the right towel has been key when replacing a worn out roll. It needed to be just the right thickness and softness/smoothness. This neck roll is Perfect. I measured the diameter of my current towel roll (4in.) and took a chance on this roll. Bingo, soft enough, supportive enough, so my suggestion is to do a test with a homemade roll until you find a size that is comfortable and order a neck roll that size. I use mine whenever I’m in bed so this will be my new best friend.

Love it!I wasn’t sure at first if it would work. When I tried it, I was so pleased. It felt real stiff and I was afraid I would wake up with a sore neck. Instead, I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. It also helped my breathing and I snore less. I’ll be buying another one.

I say that because I have had several other neck strain relief pillows and they just didn’t do it for me. However, this little beauty appears to be the one I’ve been searching for! I immediately placed it in my reading corner [see photo of pillow-cluttered chair] and it works out quite well!The neck roll cover’s light gray color is an appealing go-with-almost-anything choice and the fabric is soft and, dare I say, almost sensuous to the touch. After reading previous reviews, I first inspected the zipper and then slid the zipper up and down many times and it worked flawlessly. Best neck pillow I’ve tried!This pillow has saved me from twisting my neck with all the different pillow sizes I got over the holiday stay with family. It fits perfect under the neck. So much better then the alternative rolled towel. I read some people complained about the zipper, so I just used a pillow case to cover it. It worked like a charm, and I just need to change and wash the pillow case vs the whole pillow every time.
