Anti snoring chin strapNot very comfortable

Size runs very smallIt is well made, easy to use, good quality, but it is very small. It was too small for my head and my head is not that big. It is almost child size.

This One WorksMy wife is on CPAP and has gone through several different chin straps without success. This chin strap is by far the best at keeping her mouth closed while using the CPAP machine. As far as comfort is concerned are any chin straps really comfortable? I’ll still give it four stars because it is the most comfortable that she has had.

Too hot.The chin strap works as described, but I found the materials to be way too hot. It felt like my skin couldn’t breath.

  5. Amazon Customer

Surprisingly comfortable – after the 1st nightI use a BIPAP machine, and am a mouth breather. So I wasn’t getting the desired benefits from my therapy. I researched a number of chin straps, which I described a lot of frustration and dissatisfaction on their part. Based on most of reviews, I figured it might be good to try just one more product. Hurrah! The first night was iffy, given that I was fairly inept at adjusting the straps AND I have to wear the straps under a CPAP mask. . That said, once the top strap was adjusted, the rest went much smoother – plus there’s no was need to re-adjust for future use. The ear holes were a welcome feature, as was the wide Velcro behind-the-head strap. I quickly discovered my hair could be stuck in the Velcro, so I pinned it back back on top and on the sides, which kept things tidy. Another striking – and possibly most important – feature is the width of the part that goes under the chin. While some products are either too thin in that area, or too wide to fit comfortably, this one was perfect, and could fit a wide range of face sizes. My second night was a breeze. Not only was the strap easy to wear underneath my CPAP mask, but it fit beautifully and the adjustment was unchanged. Bonus was the pink color. Not that I’m a pink-kind of girl, but it’s degrading enough to wear a chin strap. So why not rock it?! Returning a couple of other straps I purchased at the same time. Would buy again.

Changed my lifeI’ve been a CPAP user for just over a year. I never thought I had a snoring problem, just your average amount of snuffling occasionally, but it became clear after using the CPAP for a while that I was experiencing the dreaded “mouth leak.” I first tried a very minimal strap, literally just a Velcro strap from another Amazon seller and had some improvement, but it would slip off if too tight and do no good if too loose. I tried this next and I recommend it. It is easy to put on (even in the dark, once you’re used to it), it doesn’t need to be extremely precisely adjusted to stay on, and IT WORKS. I’m starting to think this strap is all I ever needed….I may try a few nights without CPAP now that I know. And it’s comfortable! And washable!Obviously, you need to read the instructions and play around with it a bit in front of a mirror the first couple times you use it. And keep the business end of the Velcro off your hair!

Stretched out became uselessWorked great for a while but keep kept having to tighten and over a fairly short period of time couldn’t tighten any more and stopped working.

  8. MSz

Short LifespanStarted out great, helped hold my jaw closed. After a month it is stretched out and no longer works well to hold my jaw closed. The outside edges have extra binding, the lighter pink color in the photos. The ear holes have no binding. The material are ripping and pulling apart. I believe this is the reason the stamp is no longer functioning as advertised.

So,soIt fits too tight, materia fells hot

Did the job but one problem….This chin strap did what it is supposed to do but in my opinion there is a design flaw. There is a plastic piece that ends up on the top of your head. The strap loops through there so you can adjust it.But that little plastic piece put pressure on the same spot every night and finally made a bump about as big as half a small grape on the top of my head and VERY tender. I stopped using it and after about 5 days the lump went away.
