Great neck support!This pillow is super helpful with my neck pain! I love the ramp that is there to support my neck. I love that the hight can change quite easily. It just a quick unzip to get the height change. The memory foam is nice and cool. The only part that is slightly odd is the hole in the center is too far away to be a benefit for my ear. Otherwise it is the perfect pillow.

Pillow snags very easily, otherwise greatI love this pillow, however it snags very easily, especially against Velcro. Basically ruined the pillow after only a few days when my CPAP mask fell on it. The Velcro caused extreme runs and those opened up within a day, making them huge, compared to the tiny snags they started as. I love the height and support of this but just use caution around anything that can cause a snag, including nails.

Found my comfort matchLet me start by saying that I have a hard time finding the right pillow that fits my picky likings. I used to go over 6 different pillows at home because I cant get comfortable enough on any of them. I had them all around my bed, keep changing them. I came across this pillow on amazon and I decided to give it a try. I am not usually a memory foam advocate for pillows because they sink. When i slept on it I instantly felt the difference. It doesnt sink in!!! The hole thats in, actually helps absorb the pressure from the head’s weight and offer support to the neck and head surrounding the middle. I loved this pillow, it litterarly helps me sleep better and wake up with the same head position i slept in, not sunk in! Its comfortable and dreamy, I have been using it for 3 weeks straight now with no more switching around with other pillows because I don’t need it!
