Finally a full night’s sleep!!!I have purchased so many different styles of pillows in the last year trying to find something that helped with a stiff neck. I either couldn’t fall asleep from being uncomfortable or would wake up numerous times throughout the night from being uncomfortable. I finally gave this one a shot. I was amazed when I woke up the first morning and realized I had completely slept through the night. Thought maybe it was a fluke, but the same thing the second night! As soon as I lay down I can feel the difference in the comfort level and support for my neck. The indention for your head is perfect…at least for mine. The first thing I noticed was that the pillow is smaller than what you normally expect, but for a good nights sleep I’m ok with that. Fingers crossed this continues to be the pillow for me!

Firm pillow good for side sleepingOut of package it does have the slight common memory foam smell, but I left it out for 24 hours to fully form and the smell dissipated. It has a removable cover that can be cleaned, but I also put a regulard pillow case on it.The pillow is fairly firm, so if that’s not your jam I would not recommend it. I can’t attest to using the side meant for back sleeping as I sleep on my side, but surprisingly I found it quite comfortable and my neck pain has improved tremendously. I work long hours behind a desk and have poor posture so that is why I tried out this pillow. It does take a bit to get used to. I also wasn’t fond of the space to place your arm, as it seems smaller than the photos suggest and I feel it doesn’t provide enough support for my arm to lay comfortably, so my arm usually ends up falling off the pillow. But it is still better than trying to figure out where to place my arm so it doesn’t go numb in the middle of the night. It does seem to help keep my neck in a better position as well.Overall I find it comfortable and it seems to be helping relieve my neck pain and stiffness. I will update my review if anything changes over the next few months.

A must if you wake up with neck painLet me preface by saying I’m a stomach sleeper, so I can’t say anything for back sleeping.Prior to this pillow, I would wake up almost daily with pain in my neck muscles. More often than not, it would cause me to have a headache by the end of the day causing me to take ibuprofen.I’ve now had the pillow for 2 months and I’ve probably had 5 or less headaches/pain when waking up. A couple of those times it was because I somehow switched to a different pillow during the night. It is such a relief to not have the neck pain and headaches anymore. I highly, highly recommend this pillow if you’re having the same issues. The only “issue” I can speak of is that this pillow was definitely designed for back and side sleepers, so if you’re a stomach sleeper like me, it’ll take a few days to find a part of the pillow that’s comfortable, but once you do, you’ll never look back.

Promising pillow, ultimately I don’t continue to useLately I have had a lot of trouble with my neck throughout the night and experiencing a lot of pain in the mornings. I’ve been trying a lot of different pillows and I had high hopes for this one. For one, I have been trying to train myself to sleep on my back for years and I thought this pillow might finally do the trick. I liked all the different ways to use the pillow and hoped a little support on my neck without shifting my head out of alignment would do the trick. The first few nights seemed promising for helping me learn to sleep on my back. I didn’t stay on my back all night but I would fall asleep that way and eventually work my way back into that position before waking up. However, during the times I was on my side, I found it difficult to find a comfortable spot on the pillow. I liked the side divots because I hoped they’d help relieve the pressure from my face and decrease the chances of getting wrinkles but I could never really get comfortable. I also had to fully wake up and find the right spot on the side of the pillow so that my face wouldn’t be super smashed and my neck was still in a neutral position. I ended up waking up way too many times at night just to get comfortable in a new position. The main issue when I’m on my back is that my neck isn’t long enough to get my head into the right spot on the center divot. So I’m not truly achieving the neutral position with my head and I can tell throughout the night. When I’m in the right spot on the pillow, my head feels locked in and I am more prone to staying on my back but it does take some adjusting to get in the right spot, which isn’t realistic when I’m just shifting in the middle of the night. The biggest issue with this pillow is that I can’t possibly find a comfortable position for my head while I’m sleeping on my stomach without my face being super smashed into the pillow or twisted way too much to one side. My stomach is still the default sleeping position for me and this pillow is too thick to work in that position.I tried to give the pillow a fair shake and it was promising but ultimately this one joined the other ‘no goods’ in the closet.

Great for this back/side sleeperNo one tells you about aging in your 30s, but it’s a thing. I started having hip pains when I slept on my side, so I eventually got a better mattress for my body that fixed that issue. Unfortunately, when the hip pain disappeared, I then began getting headaches attributed to my pillows. I tried so many different pillows — firm, soft, cylindrical, cube, ergonomic — but nothing quite did the trick until this one. I sleep with the little wing bits next to my head, and it works great for both back and side sleeping. Having the pillow face the other way could be okay for side sleeping only, but it was too high for my back sleeping. It’s definitely the most firm pillow I’ve ever experienced, so if you’re looking for something more like memory foam, this isn’t like that.Another feature that I like is the removable/washable cover on the pillow. I do, however, put my own pillow cases over it anyway. I bought the queen size pillow, and standard size pillow cases are pretty big on it, but I manageI bought this on Feb 7, 2022 and here I am nearly a year later, still loving it. Probably should have left a review before now, but I guess at least this review has been written after extensive product testing.

Still early for reviewing, but…I’ve been dealing with neck strain for quite a while. Have tried a variety of standard pillow types to relieve waking with a headache every morning without success. After reviewing different options online, I settled on this one because it appears to support and align the neck while sleeping. I’m am combining use of the pillow with stretching before bed with a cervical neck device. The first two nights with the pillow resulted in a sound sleep and no morning headache. The biggest adjustment will be the firmness of the pillow since I’ve always preferred a feather/down version; however, as a back/side sleeper, this cradles my head, supports my neck, and is giving relief. Will amend as necessary as I use it longer.

I Like It So Far!I’ve been using this pillow for two nights now and I can already feel a considerable difference in the stiffness and soreness of my neck and shoulders when I wake up.I had been using a basic, cheap pillow that lacks any real support, so I was waking up with so much neck/shoulder pain and stiffness. I finally said enough was enough and forked out the money for a good pillow. I desperately needed some kind of relief. So far I’m very impressed with this pillow. It’s supportive but doesn’t feel like your head is resting on a rock.I will update my review in the future if my opinion changes at all. But right now, I will say if you need relief from neck/shoulder pain and stiffness, try this out!

Not bad, not amazingI probably should have ordered firm instead of soft, because the soft pillow just doesn’t offer the orthopedic support I need for my neck. My bad. So rating the soft pillow only, I’d say it’s a solid “pretty good,” but nothing great. Different shapes on the pillow offer a little bit of variety with sleeping positions, but not a full range. Also, the pillow kind of deflates/compresses throughout the night. I’m no worse off sleeping with it though, so it wasn’t a total wash of a purchase.

Old lady bump back of neck gone!So I got this pillow because I needed support in my neck as I was starting to get an ugly “lady bump” at the back base of my neck. It took a week of hardly any good sleep to get used to this pillow. After now 6 months from the first use, I decided to leave a review. It was amazing once I got used to it. My bump in my neck disappeared and I generally had no neck pain. Going on month 7 tho, I’m having problems again. I’ve now resorted back to my semi firm memory foam pillow and my neck had had pain for like a month straight now. I think it did a fabulous job straightening my neck but I don’t believe it’s good for long time use.

Perfect for side and back sleepersI purchased this pillow because my Walmart serta pillow was giving me headaches and had no support. After letting this pillow air out for the recommended time, I noticed it felt pretty soft and I thought well this probably won’t work for me but went ahead and tried it. I’m a side sleeper so the arm openings are really nice to hold onto. If you lay on your side, I suggest moving your pillow to an angle where your jaw is resting on it close to the arm openings. (I get really great sleep like this because I have TMJ) I found myself waking up on my back as well and I don’t ever sleep on my back but it was very comfortable. My only complaint would be, it’s very flat to your bed. Meaning, you can’t really prop it up unless you have other pillows to support it. Not a big deal though for me because it’s helped me get better sleep and I don’t have headaches anymore. I feel like I can stop my search and continue using this pillow until I have any problems. As of right now, this pillow is wonderful!
